Project Description:
New construction - installed a new low-slope modified bitumen system.
Project Highlights:
Installed the roofing system within the time constraints dictated by the project management team hired by the facility’s owner.
USA Research Park, Building 1 Mentor Graphics Building 
Location:
Mobile, AL
Project Description:
Installed light weight concrete over structural concrete deck followed by modified bitumen roofing system. Also installed metal wall panel and storefront glass systems on the exterior of the building.
UMS Performing Arts Center 
Location:
Mobile Street, Mobile, AL
Project Description:
New metal roof and modified bitumen system.
Project Highlights:
Installed a new metal roof system over the new
portions of the building. Installed low slope
roofing system over connecting hallways and
canopies and installed a retro-fit metal roof
system over the existing low sloped roof on
the auditorium.
Alma Bryant High School 
Location:
Bayou La Batre, AL
Project Description:
Re-roofing of shingle structure.
Project Highlights:
Roof was heavily damaged by Hurricane
Katrina. Mobile County School Board asked
Thomas Roofing to quickly move in to repair
and replace roofing structure so that students
could resume classes.
Fairhope High School 
Location:
Fairhope, AL
Project Description:
Installed new roof on new Performing
Arts Center at Fairhope High School.
Project consisted of metal and low slope
modified bitumen roofing.
Spanish Fort High School 
Location:
Hwy 181, Spanish Fort, AL
Project Description:
Installed nailable insulated deck system with
new shingle roof system.
Robert E. Lee Middle School 
Location:
Satsuma, AL
Project Description:
Re-roofed building using new tapered insulation
and modified bitumen roofing system.
Project Highlights:
School had extensive ponding water on the roof
which was eliminated with new tapered
insulation roofing system.
McGill-Toolen High School 
Location:
Old Shell Road, Mobile, AL
Project Description:
Over the years, Thomas Roofing has completed
several roofing projects on this school campus.
On the McGill building, we installed modified
bitumen roofing systems. On the Toolen building,
we removed existing tile, installed waterproof
membrane and then re-installed tile roofing.
We have also installed modified bitumen roofing
systems on the CYO Hall and on portions of the
Toolen building.
Williamson High School 
Location:
1567 E. Dublin Street, Mobile, AL
Project Description:
Installed metal roof and wall lights on the new
gymnasium. Installed modified bitumen roof
systems on new addition and cafeteria. Re-roofed
three wings of the school using tapered insulation
and modified bitumen roofing system.
Project Highlights:
Because school was in session at the time of
construction, work had to be done to
accommodate school and testing schedules.
Murphy High School 
Location:
Mobile, AL
Project Description:
Over the years, Thomas Roofing has re-roofed
many sections of Murphy High School. Some
have been low-slope modified bitumen roofing
systems, others have involved removing existing
tile, installing waterproof membrane and then
reinstalling tile roofing.
Project Highlights:
Utilized roofing materials and techniques that
met modern standards, yet maintained the
historical look and significance of the school.
Mary G. Montgomery
High School

Project Description:
Thomas Roofing has completed several roofing
projects for this school; including roofing of new
gymnasium, re-roofing of old gymnasium with
installation of metal wall panels, and re-roofing
of several classroom wings using shingles.
